We will provide you with an outline of the Services which we think would best suit your challenge, and the likely outcomes, if you choose to engage us to work with you.

Build a Scope of Work (SOW).
If we think there is scope to work together, we will provide you with a detailed Scope of Work (SOW).
The SOW includes transparent cost estimates, clear timeframes, and the specific outcomes we will deliver to you. We then discuss the SOW together, and decide if it's the right path to solve your challenge.

Engagement Agreement.
If we agree to a SOW, then we will sign an Engagement Agreement (EA).
The EA details the work we will do for you, how that work will be performed and who by, what the cost of the work is, when it will be completed, and when payment will be made. Your rights and obligations are clearly laid out so you're clear on what you're committing to.

Let's Go!
We appoint a lightswitch Team Member to be the Client Lead to your organisation. The Client Lead ensures that we stay on track by consistently checking progress against our agreed SOW, until we are both satisfied that the work has been completed as agreed.
